Desiree has 20+ years of experience in the ICT sector. She worked at Global Technology and IT-Consulting Corporations.

In 2020, Desiree started with Data Innovation Talk to grow the Data Innovation know-how of private companies, public organizations, and academics, by organizing: the Data Innovation Talk Podcast and DITalk Live Webcasts. Additionally, she is Co-Director & Podcast host of Women in Big Data Brussels.

It's Desiree's passion to check out new technologies and their impact on organizations and societies. She organizes talks, builds communities, and brings together experts who share their knowledge and experience to help community members grow faster. Desiree holds a master's in Organizational and Administrative Studies from the University of Amsterdam.
